Northeast Forensic Paranormal Research recovers the cost of investigations through a fee/donation which is negotiable.  The money generated by the fee/donation is used to defray the cost of supplies and equipment that is used in investigations. It is vital in the field of research that the latest technology is used to further credible evidence and findings that result from investigations.  

Ann De Marco performs on an entirely different level than the groups you see running throughout homes while capturing very little if anything.  If there is an entity, Ann De Marco will capture photographic evidence of that entity guaranteed. 

Ann De Marco is currently collecting research to be compiled into a book.   If you believe that you have a haunted site and would like it to be included in the book, the fee/donation is waived. The standard fee/donation for an investigation is approximately $200.00.

In recent years some states have begun to require full disclosure of haunted sites at the time of a real-estate sale.  With this new requirement the demand for investigations at the time of a home purchase has increased significantly.  The fee/donation for an investigation at the time of a home sale is $260.00.  The increased fee/donation of these investigations is higher than a standard investigation due to the additional report that is generated.  If you are considering the purchase of a home and want an investigation you will need to make sure that the power is on and that full access is provided at the property.

The client list of Northeast Forensic Paranormal Research is confidential and private.  Many people with haunted sites wish to keep that information quiet and we honor that request by not disclosing the name of the property owner or the exact address of the site.   

All recordings and images of an investigation become the property of Northeast Forensic Paranormal Research and Ann De Marco.  A copy of the findings will be provided to the property owner.
