This entity was captured on the 4^th floor of the Capital. Notice how it also casts its own shadow.  The photos immediately prior and after do not show anyone in the photos. Each of the photos taken were 2 seconds apart from each other. There was no other person on the floor when I was photgraphing this area.  The story is this; this is the area of a major fire.  The security guard at that time died as a result of the 1911 fire.  They found his body less than 100 feet from where this photo was taken. Apparitions will appear in many degrees of strength from barley noticeable to appearing as a living person.  This apparition is what some call “Black Mass” or “Shadow Person.”  As I reviewed this apparition, there seems to be a little bit of color in the mass.  I would suspect that it may have had the ability to appear as a living person however as you can see it is going towards the stairs and disappears in the next photo that I took.  

    These two audio clips were taken in the same area just about a year apart.  The location of these audio clips is a hallway that links two sections of the Albany Capitol Building where there were two deaths.  Sam was the night watchman that died in the 1911 fire his body was found on the 4^th floor less than 100 feet from where these were captured.  The Senate stairwell is where the local merchant jumped to his death and is also less than 100 feet from where these audios were captured.  It is note worthy to point out that whenever we were at this spot we got “hits” which were “cold spots” and the sensation of electrons passing over our skin or better known as “tingling sensation.” 

      The first is a series of foot steps that come towards then away from the microphone.  A digital recorder with a unidirectional microphone was used and you can hear the quality of the microphone in the clarity of the audio.  This is an example of why I tell people not to use just the microphone that comes with a digital recorder.

     This EVP was captured where the foot steps were captured this audio was captured a year earlier.  This time the only microphone that was used was the one that came with the digital recorder the quality is not very good and we had to run this EVP through an equalizer a number of times in order to hear what we think is said.  The poor quality of this raw audio is a good example of why you want to have quality microphones as part of your equipment.  What does it say we think is says “Help me."            

This video was taken in the State Capital Building.  This is the area of a merchant’s suicide.  This orb was not visible with the naked eye.  The camera that captured it uses near infrared and has an automatic focus.  As the orb would gain and ebb in strength the camera would focus in on it.  The orb appears near the top of the O in Ann Demarco’s name.  This orb was captured at a later date as well.  A total of 10 attempts were made and only 2 times it was captured.  Each time, the time of day, weather conditions, placement of the camera was identical. If this was a light anomaly it would have appeared in all ten videos however it does not.
